Nearly every ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios was temporarily closed this morning, leaving Disney guests incredibly frustrated.

The Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort are known to be two of the best places in the world to have that quintessential Disney experience.

Each Disney Resort with its theme parks, Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Walt Disney World, Disneyland Park, and Disney California Adventure in Disneyland Resort are beloved by guests.

But things don’t always go smoothly at the parks. In particular, rides can break down, leaving guests with long waits and occasionally disappointed.

However, every Disney fan knows this is just a part of the process; safety always comes first at a Disney Park. This is usually especially fine because there are plenty of other rides guests can go on to enjoy a Disney theme park.

One morning, however, to use the words of Disney guest u/polytrigon, Disney’s Hollywood Studios was “a disaster.”

The guest shared a screenshot depicting just how many attractions and rides at the park were temporarily closed:

The list included Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Each attraction then came back on soon after, only for Twilight Zone Tower of Terror to undergo a temporary closure.

While this was undoubtedly an unfortunate situation, guests in the comments also shared some ways of dealing with it that had proven helpful to them in the past.

U/macrogeek shared,

I had an experience like this once and complained to customer service about how it felt like my time/ticket was wasted due to the rides being down. They gave us fast passes to use the next day at a different park. I know it’s always at the discretion of the staffer, but if you go offer feedback and don’t make demands, you might be surprised how they might try to help.

Meanwhile, others expressed their frustration with the current state of the Disney Parks, and some went as far as to proclaim, “this helps cement [their] decision to avoid returning.”

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of the four parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. It’s home to innumerable thrill rides featuring high speeds, tall heights, and incredibly immersive experiences.

Think rides like “Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith” (which is currently closed indefinitely) or “The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror,” “Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance,” among more.
