A guest vowed to cancel their AP to a Florida theme park after they found a loose condom in a restaurant, and management was indifferent—bordering on rude—to the situation.
While more often than not, we cover news about The Walt Disney Company and its various properties, be that its theme parks like Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida or Disney movies, sometimes we have news from the other theme parks in the United States.
SeaWorld Orlando Guest Finds Condom in Restaurant
Recently, a guest at SeaWorld Orlando found a condom in the restaurant Seafire Grill. The guest took to social media to share his appalling experience with customer service on reporting this. The guest explained,
“Well @SeaWorld won’t respond to my emails, so I guess I’ll post this here. Loose condoms in the dining room at Seafire Grill. Talked to a manager who said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Not renewing our AP is the easiest decision I’ll make in 2024.”
It’s certainly shocking to hear of an incident like this where the theme park is seemingly indifferent to an unacceptable situation that has arisen in the theme park.

Unfortunately, per the account of guests on social media, this isn’t the first time SeaWorld employees have been rude when addressed.
One former guest explained,
“This is gross. I have experience with rude Seaworld employees as well. They could use a new training on how to deal with customers. The manager saying ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Is extremely unprofessional.”
Another added,
“Not as bad of a situation, but we found a lost wallet in a Sea World locker and brought it an employee. They also responded with ‘what do you want me to do about it?’”
After the guest noted that SeaWorld hadn’t responded to his emails, and he shared the photo on X, the theme park company responded publicly, writing,
Hello Sean, we regret to read about this experience. Emails are answered in the order received, and we appreciate your patience. Please send us a private message with more details and your annual pass barcode number so we may share with the appropriate teams for their review.
