When people think about vacationing with their family — especially a family that has kids — they often think of heading to Orlando, Florida, and visiting Walt Disney World Resort. However, Walt Disney World is not the only theme park in the Orlando area. Orlando is a theme park mecca — home to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, Legoland Florida, and Universal Studios Orlando Resort. LegoLand also recently opened a Peppa Pig theme park, close to the other theme parks. Each Resort caters to all kinds of families and are extremely popular vacation spots.
For families with older kids, the most popular Orlando vacation destination is Universal Studios Orlando Resort. Universal Orlando has two theme parks — Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Each theme park has a wide variety of unique rides and, what sets them apart from Disney World, incredible and intense roller coasters. Universal Orlando is also the perfect place for those who love Jurassic Park, The Simpsons, and Harry Potter.
There is even a third theme park under construction. Epic Universe is scheduled to open sometime in 2025 and will include Super Nintendo World and a rumored third Wizarding World of Harry Potter area.
Universal Orlando Resort, is quickly gaining ground on Disney, becoming more and more popular every year. However, with more people come more problems. Guest behavior has been tanking at Walt Disney World, and it seems that Universal is suffering from the same problem. Twitter user No Context Theme Parks (@OOCParks) recently shared a video of a woman screaming at Universal Team Members and other Guests.

The woman falls to the ground (and loses a shoe) as she yells, and another woman — who may have been with her — helps her stand. The woman does not calm down and continues to yell. She curses at the woman who is with her and yells in her face, and the other woman slaps her. The angry woman is then filmed screaming at Team Members, asking them if they know who she is. Twitter users were shocked at her behavior, and many joked that no one knew who the woman was.
Now, unlike Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort does not appear to have a code of conduct for Guests listed on its website. However, Guests are expected to act in an appropriate manner and treat other Guests and Universal Team Members with respect at all times. We don’t know what happened after the video ended, so we do not know if the woman was allowed to enter the Park.
