In 1998, Pixar Animation Studio released its newest, completely computer-animated film, A Bug’s Life. The movie told the story of Flik, an ant who leaves his home in order to find friends to help him defend his home against Hopper and his band of evil grasshoppers. Along his journey, Flik meets a group of traveling circus bugs, who he believes are a group of brave warriors. However, even though they are used to being in the circus, they do everything they can to help Flik defeat Hopper once and for all.

One of the bugs in the troupe is a large caterpillar named Heimlich. Heimlich has quite the appetite (especially for candy corn), and his only dream is to one day transform into a beautiful butterfly. Although A Bug’s Life is not as popular as it once was, Disney still honors the film with a fun 3D show — It’s Tough To Be A Bug — in a theater under the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park in Walt Disney World Resort.

And now, Heimlich has come to the Park in a whole new way.
Guests visiting Animal Kingdom can head to Creature Comforts Coffee Shop — a Starbucks in the Discovery Island area — and order the Heimlich Brookie! The sweet treat is one layer of brownie and one layer of cookie dough, topped with a Heimlich made out of frosting.

If you are interested in trying the Heimlich cupcake, be aware, it is very sweet. Not only is the brookie made up of both a brownie and a cupcake, but there is also cream in the middle. Add to that, there is A LOT of buttercream frosting on the top of the brookie. Heimlich is made completely of frosting, so having a big sweet tooth is the best way to enjoy this incredible snack.
