Just announced today, everyone’s favorite Hulu show, Only Murders in the Building have added three new cast members in recurring roles. Jeremy Shamos, Linda Emond and Wesley Taylor join the murder mystery fun in the Upper West Side. They join already announced season three new cast members Meryl Streep (!!!), Paul Rudd, Jesse Williams and Ashley Park. SO MANY GOOD NAMES. Naturally they all join the megastars of the show Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez. With new cast members constantly being added, here are three guest stars we would absolutely DIE to see in Only Murders in the Building.

Taylor Swift

Okay, long stretch here, but if Meryl Streep can join the cast then we think anything is possible! Martin Short and Steve Martin have been best friends for years. Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have been best friends for years. Taylor lives in New York City…when she’s not on tour…like she currently is. Just let us have this, guys!

Bowen Yang

It’s no secret that the Only Murders in the Building casting director, clearly loves hiring native New Yorkers. This and comedians. Why not combine them both and you got Bowen Yang. The SNL standout would be the perfect addition to season three. We would love to see him play a sassy neighbor who cannot stand the antics of our favorite podcasters.

Lin-Manuel Miranda

What can’t this man do?! Lin-Manuel Miranda has stated that he would love to get more acting gigs. This would be perfect for him as it films just a few subway stops away from his home in Washington Heights! Just hop on the C train and you’re there.

About Elle

Giselle is living happily ever after in Manhattan. When not writing, she enjoys reading mystery novels, baking cakes, going to concerts, reminiscing on 2000s Disney Channel, and wishing she was a Walt Disney Imagineer.
