Indiana Jones to Appear in a Disney Park for a Limited Time!

The Indiana Jones franchise is one of the most successful and beloved ones to have existed in the history of cinema. The series was made by Harrison Ford—who played the intrepid adventurer—and will be seeing its fifth and final movie featuring the OG Indiana Jones this summer with Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, which is set to release in theatres on June 30.

But June 30 marks more than the theatrical release date of the fifth Indiana Jones movie. It’s also a very special date for any Disney Parks, Indiana Jones fans.

Beginning June 30, Indiana Jones will be coming to Adventureland in Disneyland Resort for a limited time. Disney Parks took to TikTok to share the news, giving fans a sneak peek of the charming and suave character. At this moment, not much is known about the nature of the character’s appearance or how long fans will have a chance to see and interact with him.

The Indiana Jones-themed attractions and rides at the Disney Parks are among the most popular. From Indiana Jones Adventure in Disneyland Park to Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Theme Park in Walt Disney World Resort, fans flock to both Disney Resorts to get a chance to immerse themselves in Indy’s world.

Fans were also incredibly excited at this announcement, an excitement they expressed unabashedly in the comments of Disney Parks’s video.

This is also not the only promotional activity Disney has organized to celebrate the movie. We also discovered that Disney was opening a unique Indiana Jones-themed location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Theme Park with special, themed beverages.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of the Destiny has been one of the more bittersweet premieres and moments in cinema and Disney history. Knowing that it’s Ford’s last film makes it momentous in how it marks an end to his performance as the iconic character. The premiere has also been filled with emotional and poignant moments between the cast—for example, the original stuntman from Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular meeting Harrison Ford.
