Multiple ‘Jurassic Park’ Projects Confirmed, Signaling a Bold New Future

The Jurassic Park franchise continues to expand across multiple forms of entertainment, from new blockbuster films to major video game releases. With Jurassic World Rebirth scheduled to debut this year and multiple gaming projects already in the works—including “Jurassic Park: Survival” and “Jurassic World Evolution 3″—a newly discovered listing suggests that yet another Jurassic game may be on the horizon.

John Melchior, an executive producer at NBCUniversal Media, has listed an unannounced Jurassic video game under his responsibilities on his LinkedIn profile. The entry, which appears under the section “Run and Manage Jurassic World/Park game franchises,” is labeled as “TBA,” with no additional details available. This discovery raises immediate questions about what this project could be and how it fits into the larger Jurassic universe.

Melchior is already involved with “Jurassic Park: Survival”, the upcoming first-person action-adventure title developed by Saber Interactive, which takes place immediately after the events of the original 1993 film, as well as the park management simulation sequel “Jurassic World Evolution 3”. His involvement in this new project likely signals an entirely separate experience within the Jurassic gaming lineup.

Currently, Universal has yet to confirm this project, leaving plenty of room for speculation. Unlike “Jurassic World Evolution 3”, which is expected to align with the events of Jurassic World Rebirth, there is no indication that this unknown game will serve as a direct tie-in to the upcoming movie.

The Jurassic franchise has long experimented with different types of video games, ranging from arcade shooters to story-driven adventure games. The idea of an open-world Jurassic experience has been a long-standing hope among fans, but it remains to be seen whether this new project will fulfill that demand.

While official details are scarce, the existence of this listing strongly suggests that more Jurassic gaming content is in development beyond what has already been announced. With Universal pushing the brand in multiple directions across film, television, and video games, it wouldn’t be surprising if additional projects are quietly in the works.

Whether this new title will be an expansion of “Jurassic Park: Survival”, a completely original adventure, or something else entirely remains a mystery. Until Universal provides further details, all that can be said for certain is that the Jurassic franchise is showing no signs of slowing down.

For now, fans can look forward to “Jurassic Park: Survival”, “Jurassic World Evolution 3”, and the highly anticipated Jurassic World Rebirth, which arrives in theaters on July 2, 2025.

Jurassic World Rebirth stars Scarlett Johansson (Avengers: Endgame), Jonathan Bailey (Bridgerton), Manuel Garcia-Rulfo (The Lincoln Lawyer), Rupert Friend (Obi-Wan Kenobi), Mahershala Ali (The Green Book), Luna Blaise (Manifest), David Iacono (Dead Boy Detectives), Audrina Miranda (Lopez vs Lopez), Philippine Velge (Station Eleven), Bechir Sylvain (BMF), and Ed Skrein (Deadpool).
