Going to a Disney Resort—be that Walt Disney World Resort or the Disneyland Resort—is an experience many Disney fans all over the world cherish. However, there’s one other way to feel the Disney magic. The Disney Cruise Line is one Disney experience that sits apart from its counterparts. While any Disney Fanatic is a Theme Park die-hard, the Disney cruises give Guests all the magic of Disney while being out at sea, without necessarily being subjected to some of the more tiring aspects of the Disney Parks. Just like at the Disney Parks, fans can choose to be Annual Passholders or Magic Key holders, Guests can also choose to be Castaway Club members. And, continuing a day of announcements for Disney, the Mouse House has shared new benefits for Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members.
As a part of Disney’s “Silver Anniversary at Sea” celebration, Disney Cruise Line has been giving Disney fans a peek into benefits for select members of the Castaway Club—i.e. Disney Cruise Line Guests who have continued to sail time and again, who are “rewarded with exclusive at-home and onboard benefits.” Journalist Scott Gustin took to Twitter to share a look into these newly announced benefits for the Pearl members (25+ sails) of the Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club, comparing them to the respective benefits of the other tiers. The website is updated with new benefits for Pearl Members of the Disney Cruise Castaway Club.

As Gustin shared in his post, the “best perk” for Castaway Club Pearl members is unlimited digital photo downloads. Per the website, Pearl members will have unlimited digital downloads of photos taken by professional photographers aboard the ship. This is in addition to a complimentary dinner at Palo or Palo Steakhouse, special discounts created for Pearl, Gold, and Silver members, and more. Disney Cruise Line Guests who are also Pearl members can also book new itineraries four days before the general public and can begin planning and booking their activities 123 days prior to sailing.
This announcement comes on the back of Disney announcing the start dates for their previously announced benefits for both Guests who purchase Disney Genie+ during their Walt Disney World Resort visit and for Disney Park pass reservation relaxations for Annual Passholders.
