The 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is heading back to the Florida theme park from July 27 to November 18, and the Walt Disney Company is excited to bring some fresh experiences to the table. Whether channeling your inner PAC-MAN or drinking around the World Showcase Lagoon, you can experiment with some of your favorite Muppets in a new interactive attraction in Brew-Wing Lab at Odyssey.
Muppets at Food and Wine Festival
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his hilariously endearing assistant, Beaker, of the Muppet Labs will entertain Guests at EPCOT with culinary creations during the Food and Wine Festival. The announcement details the inventive duo creating unique scientific snacks and beverages that Guests will get a chance to sample. Mouthwatering examples revealed include “Unnecessarily Spicy, Yet Extremely Tasty Scotch Bonnet Pepper-Curry Wings” and a “Pickle Milkshake.” Honeydew and Beaker even got to make the announcement via social media personally:

The taste-testing headquarters will be located in the Brew-Wing Lab at Odyssey. This building is just outside the World Showcase and has undergone recent transformations to give it more purpose in the Park.
Other EPCOT Food & Wine Offerings
The 2023 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival will see the return of all your favorite booths. There are over 25 Global Marketplaces, with the addition of four new ones to celebrate the Disney100 celebration. These booths are called Char & Chop, Wine & Wedge, Bubbles & Brine, and Swirled Showcase. Not much more information has been revealed about them at this time.
New merchandise will also be available for 2023. Guests can seek out fresh apparel and a must-have Loungfly mini backpack to commemorate Spaceship Earth. A CORKCICLE stemless wine glass with Food and Wine Festival flair is sure to be a hot purchase!
The event will see the return of live musical entertainment at the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Popular musical acts will feature along with local Orlando talent. There is a dining package available to secure a spot.
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is always a good time, and the event now lasts quite a while. The addition of the Muppet experience is sure to get some Disney fans excited to eat and drink around the world this year.
