As another week draws to a close and the two days of freedom are calling us back to The Most Magical Place On Earth. But are there any Park Passes left to allow us a last-minute trip? Let’s take a look.

According to Disney World’s Park Pass Availability Calendar, it does not look good. Saturday, May 7, is completely booked up for Theme Park Ticket Holders and Select Resort Hotel Guests. Park Passes for EPCOT, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, remain for today, May 6, and Sunday, May 8.

However, the situation appears even grimmer for Annual Passholders this weekend. All Park Pass Reservations for those with the Disney IncrediPass, the Disney Sorcerer Pass, and Disney Pirate Pass are taken for May 6 and May 7. (The Disney Pixie Dust Pass is blocked out on weekends.)

What is most notable to this reporter is that all Park Passes for all Annual Pass tiers to EPCOT are booked starting today and running through May 11. This is most likely due to the imenent Annual Passholder Previews for the brand-new attraction Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmid Rewind. But, it should be noted that Annual Passholders who have booked a preview time do NOT need to make a Theme Park Reservation in order to partake. Passholders simply cannot have their preview scheduled on a block out date.

The Walt Disney World Resort allows Park Hopping after 2:00 pm and after Guests with the Park Hopper option fulfill their reservation. So, we at Disney Fanatic suggest that all would-be Guests take what Park Pass they can get and plan their day around it. It should also be mentioned that neither Disney Springs nor Disney’s water Park options require a Park Pass Reservation

The Disney Park Pass Reservation System has been a part of the Disney Experience and a necessary companion to all Theme Park Tickets and every in-Park advance dining reservation since the Parks at the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort in California, and the Disneyland Paris Resort reopened after the pandemic-inspired closure.

In the meantime, we at Disney Fanatic will continue to update our readers on Disney Park news as more developments come to light.
