An interesting new development in Walt Disney World lore just dropped…
Walt Disney World Resort: Home to More Than Just Guests?
When it comes to Walt Disney World Resort, most visitors think they know the best times to visit and how to navigate the crowds, particularly during peak seasons like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. However, according to one “divine travel agent,” the parks may host more than just eager tourists during these bustling times.
As the holiday season draws near, Disney leverages the influx of guests with exclusive events, such as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and hikes in the prices of their Lightning Lane passes. But amidst the usual Disney fans and families, there may also be some unexpected supernatural visitors: demons.
Yes, demons.
According to Antonia Harman, a 44-year-old from Cornwall, England, these otherworldly beings may find themselves enjoying Disney’s attractions too. Harman, a former TV presenter and model, now identifies as a “demon hunter” and “divine travel agent.” Her journey began after she allegedly cured her friend’s burst eardrum by extracting what she describes as a “snake-like” demon. Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping people as an energy healer, performing exorcisms and removing spirits.
However, Harman’s approach to demonology is unique. Instead of eliminating these spirits, she claims to provide them with a paradise of their own by sending them elsewhere in the multi-dimensional universe. “I realized that if demons are the cause of people’s stresses and negative thoughts, they must be taking orders from someone else, higher up […] I realized demons are actually slaves and don’t deserve to be killed,” Harman said via Manchester Evening News. She continued, “I send them to another universe’s paradise—whether that be Disney World, The Ritz, or The Bahamas.”
In 2021, Harman declared herself a “divine travel agent” and began, as she describes, helping demons find peace in destinations across various dimensions. This “demon travel agency” offers a fresh perspective on spirits, suggesting that their aggression may be driven by their servitude rather than any inherent malice. Harman’s services, she asserts, come with no hostility or fear—only peace. “Before, there would have been more of a war going on, but now, because I’m a divine travel agent, there’s nothing to worry about for me,” she explained.
Just as Disneyland in Anaheim, California, is steeped in ghost stories, so too is Disney World. Some visitors may be aware of the famous urban legends: George and The Ladies at Adventureland’s Pirates of the Caribbean ride, the spirits said to haunt the Haunted Mansion, and even a bellhop ghost at the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Hollywood Studios.
Though Harman’s “guests” are meant to be harmless and invisible to regular park-goers, it adds a layer of intrigue for Disney World fans. The idea of demons and spirits sharing the park has become a curious thought experiment—one that might even make a trip to the Haunted Mansion or Spaceship Earth feel more thrilling than ever.
