10. Make onsite accommodations
It’s always best to stay onsite at a Walt Disney World Resort whenever possible. Disney hotels come in all different categories ranging from affordable Value Resorts to premium Deluxe Resort accommodations. Whichever lodging you choose, each one comes with all the same great Disney Resort perks. These perks include such benefits as complimentary shuttle services to each of the four parks, likewise complimentary bus service to and from the Orlando International Airport via Magical Express, and even the chance to enjoy Extra Magic Hours in the parks. Staying on premises makes visiting the parks more convenient and adds that extra touch of magic to your overall stay, even when you return to your hotel.
Alternately: We understand there may be reasons for why someone is unable to stay at a Disney Resort at times, but whenever possible a Disney Resort stay is definitely the way to go. As an alternate suggestion, try to find accommodations with one of Disney’s a Good Neighbor Hotels, preferably one with special park-packages and perks.
