These Are the Best and Worst Tips for Doing Disney World

Epcot Monorail

9. Hop to it

To park hop or not to park hop has long been debated for Disney World visitors over the years. But truth be told, it is definitely worth it for a vast number of reasons. With Disney Magic Your Way Park Hopper you are not limited to just one park per day but can visit as many as you want, whenever you want. This especially comes in handy when you’re in Hollywood Studios and find you want to take the boat on over to Epcot or vice versa. Or perhaps you’re in Epcot and suddenly decide to take the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center and continue on from there to the Magic Kingdom. Park Hopper is absolutely essential for those planning to access more than one park per day, even if you’re entering a second park for another reason other than riding rides, like dining for example. You cannot enjoy the thrills at Animal Kingdom and then decide to have dinner in Epcot or spend the day at Magic Kingdom and then enjoy Fantasmic! at Hollywood Studios that very same night unless you have Park Hopper.

Alternately: Depending on your personal vacation goals, however perhaps you won’t be in a position where Park Hopper is essential. For instance, you may be traveling with small children who are not up to faster paces, and therefore you’d rather concentrate more time in just one park per day. But even if you have all your plans in order and you think you won’t be visiting more than one park per day, that last minute Times Guide change letting you know of another park’s exciting special event may cause frustration for one who opted against Park Hopper. So in conclusion, adding Park Hopper is always worth it.
