Disney World at Christmas has a way of sneaking up on people. One minute it’s Halloween decorations, and the next, the parks are wrapped in lights, wreaths, and seasonal music. Along with that transformation comes a wave of holiday-exclusive merchandise — including popcorn buckets that won’t be around for long.
Right now, several Christmas-themed popcorn buckets and sippers are available across Walt Disney World. But once the holiday season ends, these designs are expected to disappear by January 2026, making this a limited window that many guests don’t realize is closing fast.

Why Disney Holiday Buckets Don’t Stick Around
Disney treats Christmas merchandise differently than most seasonal offerings. Instead of slowly phasing items out, the company tends to make a clean break once the season ends. That means holiday popcorn buckets often vanish quickly, even if demand is still high.
These designs are tied closely to holiday events, decorations, and entertainment. Once those elements leave the parks, the merchandise usually follows.
Where Guests Are Finding Them Now
Magic Kingdom has the widest variety of holiday collectibles this season. The Christmas Tree Truck popcorn bucket is only available during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, making it one of the more limited options. Guests attending the event often prioritize grabbing it early, knowing there’s no guarantee it will appear during regular park hours later.
The Santa Sulley popcorn bucket is another standout, offering a festive take on a familiar character that appeals to both Pixar fans and holiday collectors. It’s available at select popcorn locations throughout the park.
The Mickey Toy Soldier Drummer sipper rounds out Magic Kingdom’s offerings, giving guests a classic Christmas design that fits perfectly with the park’s seasonal look.
EPCOT’s Mickey Elf popcorn bucket pairs nicely with the Festival of the Holidays, while Disney’s Hollywood Studios offers the Gold Musical Rotating Tin, which adds music and movement to the traditional popcorn container.

Why These Buckets Matter to Fans
For many guests, popcorn buckets aren’t about popcorn at all. They’re about memories. A bucket picked up during a December trip becomes a reminder of Christmas music, cooler weather, and a version of Disney World that feels warmer and more nostalgic.
Once these designs disappear, they’re unlikely to return in the same form. That’s what makes this season feel like a now-or-never moment for collectors.
