A lot of people know that there is a lot that goes into planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Especially those who have gone on one before. Thankfully, the more you visit Disney, the easier it can become to book a trip. You learn the ins and outs, where you like to eat, what attractions you like to experience, and what hotels you love to stay at. Walt Disney World Resort has become such a busy place that it’s really hard to take a trip there without at least some planning, but the magic makes it all worth it.

However, one woman is claiming that, despite how many times she has been there, she won’t be going back. TikToker Claire in NYC (@claireinnyc) recently posted her top three reasons that she will not be going back to The Most Magical Place on Earth. According to Claire, she’s been to Disney World between five and ten times. Each time she has gone, she thinks the experience has gotten worse.

First, Claire said that, while leaving the Magic Kingdom, only one boat was running. Her family waited in line, in the sun, for an hour before they were able to get on one. That was problematic since her mother cannot stand for that long. Next up? The food. Claire said that the food at Disney has gone way downhill, and the food at Universal Orlando is much better. She went so far as to call it “overpriced shite.” Last, Claire didn’t like that, when it rained, the Cast Members had to sweep water into drains.

While there are always a lot of people who complain about Disney, not many of them supported Claire’s issues. Many people slammed her for bashing Disney’s disability services. Disney rents both traditional wheelchairs and electric scooters for those who can’t walk around the Parks all day. Disney also has its Disability Access Services, which helps Guests with certain disabilities avoid waiting in the long standby queues on most rides.

What you’re saying is actually incorrect. Your mother could have rented a scooter and if you had said she couldn’t stand they would have done somethin

They also thought it was absurd for Claire to complain about waiting for a boat to leave the Magic Kingdom. Claire made it sound like there was no other way to leave the Park. However, there are buses to every Disney Resort hotel, as well as a bus to the Ticket & Transportation Center. The monorail also takes Guests to Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and the Transportation & Ticket Center.

Others had an issue with her complaining about the rain. In her video, Claire said that Disney should build more drains, which is just not feasible. It’s highly unlikely that Disney would invest in tearing up the ground and adding more drains, and the pipes that they need. Plus, anyone who has been stuck in a Florida downpour can tell you that more drains won’t really help the situation. The rain can come down so quickly, and in such large amounts, flooding can happen with the best draining system.

So many legit things to complain about at Disney, and you went with employees having to sweep water. ?

Finally, Claire complained about the quality of the food. There is where she had some people agreeing with her. Many Guests have complained that Disney’s food quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. However, others said that she simply didn’t eat at the right places. Many of Disney’s sit-down restaurants are very popular and have great reviews. Disney’s counter service locations have mixed reviews, but there are some dishes that are loved by Guests.

What do you think of Claire’s experience? Do you think her complaints are valid?
