The Grand Floridian Resort’s Victoria & Albert’s is an elegant culinary affair, to say the least. But guests can make the meal even more spectacular with private dining at the Chef’s Table. Located right in the heart of all the culinary action—the kitchen, groups of 10 or less will be treated to a one-of-a-kind dining experience like no other, featuring a three-hour feast of 10 to 13 courses personalized to the specific tastes and dietary needs of all those who are in attendance. For another private dining affair in the restaurant there is Queen Victoria’s Room, located in a private quarters behind closed doors. Reserved for just eight guests at a time (four tables of two each), this experience includes a stellar 10-course dinner complete with French gueridon service and wine pairings.
