6. A jungle of tastes

Take your taste buds on a wild adventure with one of the newest dining experiences to be had in the Magic Kingdom. Inspired by Disney’s classic Jungle Cruise ride, Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen presents a delicious fusion of tropical flavors inspired by Latin, Asian, African, and South/North American cuisine. In keeping with the wit of the ride, you will find clever names on the menu, like Trader Sam’s Head-on Shrimp, Ginger’s “Croc” of hot and sour soup, Dr. Falls’ Signature Grilled Steak, and many others. Quick Sand!!!! is one of the restaurant’s most popular dessert offerings, presented as a jasmine rice pudding with mango sauce, lemon curd, hibiscus meringue, and pineapple. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and is operated by off-duty Jungle Cruise skippers.
