Walt Disney World Transportation 101 - 10 Things You Need To Know

1. Time

Buses and water taxis depart roughly every 20 minutes. The monorail, on the other hand, takes a lot less time. All modes of transportation at Disney World are efficient, but getting from place to place can take a lot of time. Also keep in mind that most buses make multiple stops, so you won’t be getting to the parks right away. If you have a dinner reservation at a specific park or hotel, give yourself plenty of time to get there.

Getting around is fairly easy, as long as you’re familiar with the various modes of transportation here. If you plan ahead, you can save a lot of time and expedite fun. Leave the work to Disney and enjoy your stay!
