Walt Disney World Value Resorts – 10 Reasons Why We Love Them

8. Room sizes and suites

On average, the typical room size at Disney’s Value Resorts is around 260 square feet, with the exception being the new Little Mermaid Rooms a Disney’s Art of Animation that span 277 square feet. These rooms may not be very big in comparison to those found at other Disney resorts, but with a maximum occupancy for up to four people plus one baby crib there is plenty of room enough to comfortably accommodate families and small groups. These lodgings are perfect for first time visitors looking to spend more time in the parks and on the hotel grounds, and less time in the room, relying on accommodations primarily for sleeping purposes. However, for those who are looking for extra space there is an option to stay in a family suite at two Value Resorts—Disney’s Art of Animation and Disney’s All-Star Music.
