Ok, Disney fans! Not only has Disney announced the news that Tarzan’s Treehouse is getting reimagined, but now we have some exciting nighttime parade insight. After the long-awaited return of the Disney Park nighttime parade, we’re now just DAYS away from the moment sparkling floats once again fills Main Street, U.S.A.
On Friday, April 22, 2022, several nighttime spectaculars return to Disneyland Resort including “Main Street Electrical Parade” and “Disneyland Forever” fireworks at Disneyland Park, and “World of Color” at Disney California Adventure Park.
Also on April 22, Disney will roll out the return of the “Main Street Electrical Parade” as it celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The Disney fan-favorite spectacular will boast new and returning characters, sights, and sounds.
Disney has noted that “Main Street Electrical Parade” will return with “an all-new, enchanted grand finale that celebrates the theme of togetherness. This universal theme is reflected in the creative concept of the new finale sequence.”
Disney fans can likely tell very quickly that the design of the “Main Street Electrical Parade” floats feature Disney Legend Mary Blair’s iconic art style on “it’s a small world.” Guests will be in awe of the design with thousands of sparkling lights and electro-synth-magnetic musical sounds.
Plus! Be on the lookout for dolls inspired by characters from Disney’s classic and new animated films such as The Princess and The Frog (2009), Disney’s Encanto (2021), and much more.
