This week, one version of the Disneyland Railroad temporarily shut down its Main Street, U.S.A., Station. Construction walls and signage now surround the area and the nearby Town Square Gazebo, as part of the park’s seasonal transformation from Halloween to the Christmas season.

Just days after the end of spooky season, Disneyland Paris Resort has begun turning Main Street, U.S.A., into a festive winter wonderland. As part of the annual switchover, both the Town Square Gazebo and the Main Street, U.S.A., Station for the Disneyland Railroad are closed to guests while crews install Christmas decorations. The closures are expected to last only a few days, with the area reopening by the end of the weekend.
The Disneyland Railroad, which operates from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, continues to run during this time but will not stop at the Main Street, U.S.A., station. Guests are being redirected to board or exit the train from the Frontierland Depot or Discoveryland Station until work in Town Square is complete.

On Monday, X (formerly Twitter) user @DLPReport shared images of the Main Street, U.S.A., Station and Town Square gazebo surrounded by construction walls and iron gates. According to the post, signs in both English and French now inform Disney Park guests that “This Train Station is closed” and direct them to the Discoveryland and Frontierland stations.
🔧 Walls are up around the Town Square Gazebo as the annual Halloween-to-Christmas switchover begins. Main Street Station is closed (to hide installation of the Winter Wonderland) until the weekend. Discoveryland Station is picking up the slack.

This closure leaves just two operational stations at Disneyland Park (Paris) for the time being. The Fantasyland Station has been out of service since 2020, when it was converted into a meet-and-greet location for Mickey Mouse. That building is currently closed for refurbishment, with Mickey meeting Disney Park guests in the pre-show area of the Studio D theater.

Disneyland Paris expects the Main Street, U.S.A., Station to reopen by the end of the weekend. However, guests planning to ride the Disneyland Railroad are encouraged to check the latest updates via the resort’s website or the Disneyland Paris mobile app.
