In 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged the world, ABC News created a new series to keep viewers up to date on the latest pandemic news and developments. It was called Pandemic: What You Need to Know and was hosted by veteran reporter Amy Robach. Months later, T.J. Holmes was brought on to co-anchor alongside Ms. Robach.
Immediately, fans noticed the chemistry between the two. The show — and its cohosts — became incredibly popular, and when it ended, ABC did not want to break up the Robach/Holmes team. So, they made the duo the new hosts of the Good Morning America spinoff, GMA3: What You Need to Know.

Two years later, Robach and Holmes found themselves making the headlines instead of reporting on them. Photos of the two sharing an intimate moment had been made public. This was a big problem for the news anchors since they were both married to other people at the time. Amy Robach was married to actor Andrew Shue, and Holmes was married to lawyer Marilee Fiebig.
Holmes and Robach confirmed their relationship but said they were already separated from their respective partners before they began dating. ABC suspended the news anchors pending an investigation and ultimately fired Holmes and Robach just weeks into 2023.
Despite the backlash, the end of their successful careers, and the constant criticism they faced, Ms. Robach and Mr. Holmes remained dedicated to each other and continued with their relationship.

Almost one year after they were fired by ABC, Holmes and Robach announced their brand-new podcast, Amy & T.J. The podcast was a hit, and in September of this year, they launched their very own daily news program.
Since their relationship became public, things seemed to be going well between the pair. On their podcast, they admitted that they went through dark times after being fired, but they learned to lean on each other and rely on each other for support.
However, a new report indicates that the honeymoon phase might finally be over for the duo.
In late September, Robach revealed that she and Holmes had moved in together after Robach's daughter had to move in with her due to a bug problem in her apartment.
Unfortunately, it looks like living together has tested the limits of their relationship, and according to a report from RadarOnline.com, Robach is “plagued by second thoughts.”
Sources close to the pair say Robach is having “second thoughts” about the decision to move in together, adding: “The new living arrangement hasn't been as seamless as either hoped.”
“Moving in is a huge step and it's proving to be quite an adjustment for both of them.”
“With their big personalities, the tension is starting to build!”
When they first revealed they were living together, Mr. Holmes and Ms. Robach said that things were going well and that they only really argued about the temperature in the apartment.
Things also appear to be going well based on the photos shared on Amy Robach's Instagram. She recently shared photos of her and Holmes running in the Chicago marathon. Unfortunately, Holmes got injured with just a few miles left, but they are planning on running in the New York City Marathon, which takes place on November 3.
She also shared photos of the pair attending a Georgia Bulldogs football game.
