The Disney Parks Blog just shared some exciting news for Southern California Residents! A specially priced 3-day midweek ticket will be available for residents visiting the Disneyland Resort in early 2022.
Under this special ticket offer, eligible Guests are able to purchase a three-day, one park per day weekday ticket for as low as $67 per day! While these tickets are only valid on weekdays, and are based on availability for dates to visit under the park’s reservation system, they are available for purchase and visits January 3-May 26, 2022.
If you have been holding off on a visit to the Disneyland Resort while waiting for select entertainment and experience to return during the park’s reopening, you’re in luck! The resort is planning on bringing back a lot of favorite entertainment experience and annual events in 2022, and the majority of amenities have returned to the Disneyland Resort hotels if you are considering a staycation!
For an overnight trip to the Disneyland Resort, be sure to check out which discounts may be available on the official Disneyland website for Southern California residents. There is currently special savings available in addition to the ticket offer for standard and premium rooms at the Disneyland Resort. Under this offer Guests can save up to 25% off select rooms most Sunday-Thursday nights based on availability, January 3-April 7, 2022.
As for returning events, 2022 will bring back the Lunar New Year Festival around the Disneyland Resort and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Mickey’s Mix Magic will also return as Disneyland’s nightly fireworks show beginning January 10 for a limited time, and during “Celebrate! In Mickey’s Toontown” families can book private parties in Mickey’s House (available January 19-March 6, 2022). If it has been some time since your last visit, you may also want to check out new-to-you lands like Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland.
