Disney+ Day was arguably one of the highlights of the year for Disney fans back in 2021, after the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020 and Disney concentrated its efforts on the streaming service Disney+ so that Disney fans could enjoy some Disney magic from the relative safety of their own homes. Now, Disney+ Day is back with some new treats for the streaming service’s customers!
Disney+ Day is coming sooner than expected this autumn, as summer gradually eases back and Disney fans start preparing for cozy nights rather than nights out on the town — and since cozy nights in are, of course, better with Disney movies, Disney+ Day is going to be a highlight once again!
This year, Disney+ subscribers will be getting lots of bonuses within the Disney Parks and Disney Resorts, not just at home with the Disney streaming service that holds content like Shang-Chi: Legend of the Ten Rings and Raya and the Last Dragon.
Special treatment for Disney+ subscribers will include early entry into the Disney Parks at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort (with the option of 30-minute or 60-minute head starts), as well as chances for special Disney+ character meet and greets, unique PhotoPass photo opportunities with PhotoPass lenses for selfies, and special showings of Disney+ content during the popular Movie Under the Stars events at the Disney Resorts.
Disney+ Day is coming this year on September 8, which is a Thursday, so clear your calendars and prepare to experience plenty of fun surprises from Disney — both in person and at home away from the Disney Parks.

Now all that’s left to do, besides wondering what to pack for your Disney trip (or what to don as your Disney loungewear), is wondering whether or not Disney+ is about to partner with Walmart — which is an entirely different question altogether!
