Early entry operations at a Disney park were disrupted this morning following a reported guest injury.
The incident occurred during Extra Magic Hours, a program that allows resort guests to enter parks ahead of the general public. These periods are typically quieter but can create concentrated foot traffic near popular attractions.

Reported Injury at Walt Disney Studios Park
Today's reported incident took place at Walt Disney Studios Park, which is scheduled to be renamed Disney Adventure World later this year.
According to a guest posting on Reddit, an adult slipped on ice near Crushās Coaster at the start of Extra Magic Hours and appeared to lose consciousness.

āAt the beginning of extra magic hour an adult slipped and, I think, knocked themselves out on the ice,ā the guest wrote. āIt happened outside [Crush's Coaster], just as the parks opened for EMH. I havenāt seen anything on here about them – I hope theyāre okay.ā
The guest stated that cast members responded by placing a tent over the injured individual and closing the surrounding area.
Operations near Crush's Coaster and Les Tapis Volants – Flying Carpets Over Agrabah were reportedly affected as cast members restricted access.
Weather conditions in the Paris region deteriorated overnight, with temperatures falling to around 26 degrees Fahrenheit. Authorities issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice.

Extra Magic Hours often funnel guests toward a limited number of attractions, increasing congestion. Crushās Coaster is among the parkās most popular rides and frequently posts wait times exceeding one hour during normal operations.
The combination of icy walkways, early morning crowds, and guest urgency may have contributed to unsafe conditions.
Disney has not publicly commented on the incident, and the condition of the guest involved has not been confirmed.

Expansion Aims to Ease Crowding
The reported injury comes as Walt Disney Studios Park undergoes a major expansion, said to impact 90% of the park.
In March, the park is set to debut World of Frozen, a new land modeled after its counterpart at Hong Kong Disneyland.
The land will include Frozen Ever After, along with new dining and retail locations, increasing both ride capacity and guest circulation space.

Following the opening, the park will officially rebrand as Disney Adventure World.
Additional attractions are already planned. Raiponce Tangled Spin, inspired by Tangled (2010), is expected to open as part of the next development phase.
Further expansion includes a swing ride themed to Up (2009) and a new land based on The Lion King (1994), anchored by a Pride Rock water attraction.
Until those projects are completed, the park continues to operate amid construction walls and compressed guest pathways.
