On May 4, Gaya, known as the “Rockstar Queen of Ryloth,” will be releasing her first album for fans in our galaxy, making yet another Star Wars: Galactic Star Cruiser experience available to more than just the Guests.

“To celebrate this rockstar release, we’re diving into the track list and giving you the scoop on Gaya and just a few of the enthralling stories of style, power, and love told through her incredible songs,” reports D23. “Get your hands off those hyperspace controls because we’re taking it low and slow—sublight style.”

While it can be argued that the album does further expand on the Star Wars Universe and Star Wars characters, it comes at a time when Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products is struggling to get passengers on board the Halcyon for a two-night immersive galactic starcruiser adventure.

The newest Disney Resort hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort, and the first official Star Wars Hotel, situated on the other side of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, has already had to lower prices and release discounts for the first time ever. And it appears to have worked to some degree.

However, it is still unclear if Disney’s Star Wars:  Galactic Starcruiser will be a success.

We at Disney Fanatic will continue to update our readers on Disney Parks news and stories as more developments come to light.
