The Walt Disney World Resort is gearing up for the long-overdue opening of TRON: Lightcycle/Run at Magic Kingdom Park, and it is time for the Annual Passholders to register for their exclusive preview!
On the morning of February 16, Disney World Annual Passholders of every level should have received an email with a link to register that said, in part,
Hey Passholders, we are pleased to offer a special sneak peek of TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise before it opens at Magic Kingdom® Park on April 4 to the general public. Think of it as our special “thank you” for being a Passholder.
Register now to ready, set, launch on the fastest roller coaster in Disney Parks history. Sneak peeks will take place on select dates so be sure to register soon. Space is limited and block-out dates apply.
The Annual Passholder Preview dates are reportedly between Saturday, March 4 – Sunday, March 12, which means that would-be Guests using the Disney Pixie Dust Pass will only be able to take advantage of weekday dates March 6 – March 10.

Mere minutes after the email was sent out, the registration page’s queue already surpassed an hour wait.
Despite still being bound by block-out dates, Disney World Annual Passholders will not need to make an additional Theme Park Reservation in order to visit the Magic Kingdom on the day of their preview.
A new variant of TRON: Lightcycle Power Run in Shanghai Disneyland’s Tomorrowland at the Shanghai Disney Resort, TRON: Lightcycle/Run debuts in Disney World’s Tomorrowland on April 4, 2023, via virtual queue and Individual Lightning Lane purchase. Unfortunately, that date is in the midst of a massive block-out window for those with the Disney Pirate Pass and Disney Pixie Dust Pass, so the fight for a preview spot is more necessary than ever before.
Disney’s official fan club, D23, is also offering a special paid TRON preview for its members. Click the link below to read more about that opportunity.
