Even More Availability is Opening Up for Early Voyages on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

Hoping to take an early voyage aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser? You may be in luck as availability continues to open up for the all-new experience at the Walt Disney World Resort for some of its earliest travel dates.

For the past couple of weeks, we have been seeing availability open up on the once fully booked Star Wars experience, most likely due to the pay-in-full deadline approaching. Trips aboard the Halcyon, or the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser are certainly on the pricier side, and it seems many Guests booked prematurely and have later come to the decision to cancel their trips before the deadline to pay off their vacations approaches.

With the deadline approaching for some of the earliest dates books, the booking website for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is now showing limited availability for the end of March with availability now open for most dates in April and May 2022.

Disney has done a lot of marketing to promote this all-new, totally immersive experience however it has been met with mixed reviews among Disney fans. Many agree that the realistic lightsabers shown off during media promos for the Starcruiser have been downright cool, and the unique dining experiences and activities onboard the ship look interesting, but others are still hung up on the price of $4809-5,999 for the two-day experience.

The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser offers a number of unique experiences to live your own story within the Star Wars universe, with immersive activities you won’t find anywhere else (read: lightsaber training on the bridge!) and a chance to interact with characters from Star Wars, Cast Members, and other Guests while onboard the ship. The whole experience also includes select dining experiences and a stop at Batuu, aka Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

As for dining in a “galaxy far, far away,” only Guests aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will be able to what will arguably be the most unique dinner show on Disney property along with the Sublight Lounge, a hangout spot for all passengers that is sure to become a center of the Star Wars story on the Halcyon.
