The Disney Ultimate Toy Drive is in full swing, and the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort is in on all of this season’s holiday magic! The Disney Ultimate Toy Drive kicked off earlier this month with a $500,000 donation to Marine Toys for Tots, and since then Guests have been donating toys for children and families in need both online via shopDisney and in person at the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. Cast Members from around the world, including at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Hong Kong Disneyland have all been hard at work alongside Disney VoluntEARS sorting items and getting them ready for delivery.

During this season’s festivities at Downtown Disney, Guests will be able to participate in a special photo op straight from the Star Wars galaxy with a real-life sandcrawler vehicle that is all packed up with toys that are set to be donated to Toys for Tots. You can find the photo op near the Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disney this weekend, December 10-12, 2021. The photo op and new items in store are part of the Bring Home the Bounty campaign which debuts new Star Wars products weekly and supports the Toys for Tots donations.

For more drop-off locations, head to the World of Disney Store or any one of the Disneyland Resort hotel gift shops. U.S. Marines will also be onsite over the weekend to assist with collecting toys for the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive. If you happen to visit the resort on Saturday morning, you may even see Mark and Nataly, the 2022-23 Disney Ambassadors who are helping out with the toy collection this year.

The last day to donate toys in person at Downtown Disney is December 14, but donations are accepted online through shopdisney.com through December 24, 2021.
