Any ardent Winnie the Pooh fans are now able to enjoy a special treat! They can now rent out an all-new Bearbnb and immerse themselves wholly in the world of the honey-loving bear.
One of the most incredible things when it comes to the world of Disney is to be able to step into these worlds that animators and creatives have drawn up. That has always been one of the primary allures of the Disney Parks, be it the Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida or the Disneyland Resort in Southern California.
However, there are places outside of the Disney Park bubble that allow fans to enjoy these stories, and recently, one new offering has come to our attention based on the lovable honey bear, Winnie the Pooh!
Who is Winnie the Pooh?
Before we jump into this exciting news, it’s worth contextualizing why it’s sure to resonate with so many fans.
Who is Winnie the Pooh? Where did the bear come from?
Winnie the Pooh is a beloved character created by English author A.A. Milne and English illustrator E.H. Shepard. The character is reportedly inspired by a stuffed bear that Milne bought for his son, Christopher Robin (sound familiar?) at a Harrods store.
The stories are set in Hundred Acre Wood—or 100 Aker Wood—which was inspired by East Sussex’s Five Hundred Acre Wood in Ashdown Forest. The forest is situated 30 miles or 48 km south of London—where the Londoner Milne’s country home was located.
Now, as it turns out, fans of the cartoon can go and make Winnie the Pooh’s house their own for a limited period! Here’s the news:
