Disney Park Defaced as Guests Put Sports Stickers Everywhere

One of the best parts about visiting Disney Parks is that they are a step above your average amusement park. Disney Cast Members work hard to make sure that Guests have a magical experience every time they walk through Disney’s gates. One of the ways Disney tries to be a step above the rest is by keeping the Parks as clean as possible. Sometimes it’s hard to keep everything spotless — as it seems Guests are getting messier by the day — but Disney Cast Members do what they can. So, it’s frustrating when Guests just don’t seem to care.

A video is making the rounds showing two Guests visiting Disneyland Paris Resort and being completely disrespectful. The Guests thought that it would be a good idea to go around Disneyland Paris Resort — which consists of Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney Village, and six hotels — and put sports stickers on everything. The unknown Guests can be seen placing stickers on light posts, directional signs, building facades, and more.

Many Guests were shocked to see the Guests be so blatantly disrespectful — especially because it would be the job of Cast Members to clean off all the stickers. And, as many of us know, stickers do not always come off easily. Sometimes pieces stick, and it requires hard scrapping and even a special solution to get the remnants off of the surface entirely. In addition to that, the unknown male Guest appears to be quite tall, and some of the stickers are high up, so it could be difficult for some Cast Members to even reach them.

Some of those who commented on the video said that Disney should find out who the Guests are and ban them — some wanting a lifetime ban and others suggesting a year-long ban. Others said that Disney should find the Guests and make them go back in and clean off every sticker they put around the Parks.

If you are visiting a Disney Park, please be respectful of the property. Any mess you make will have to be cleaned up by someone else. And, while the Cast Members are paid to clean up, that doesn’t mean that you can just make any mess you want or deface any property. Should Disney Cast Members catch you defacing property, they do reserve the right to escort you from the property and issue a ban.
