There are so many exciting things to do when you visit Disneyland Resort. You can ride amazing attractions like Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and eat mouthwatering food at places like Carthay Circle. You can also end your day with so many great nighttime spectaculars — Fantasmic! and Wondrous Journeys at Disneyland Park and World of Color – One at Disney California Adventure Park. Disneyland is called The Happiest Place on Earth, and with all these great options, it truly lives up to its nickname.

Visiting a Disney theme park can truly put Guests in a magical headspace where everything is perfect, nothing can go wrong, and there are no rules. However, Disneyland is still in the real world, and there are rules. And if you break those rules, Disney will not take kindly to it. In fact, if a Guest’s behavior is so egregious, Disney may decide to kick them out of the Parks altogether. And it looks like it happened recently.

According to Tracy Flaum, she and her party had waited almost an hour to ride Splash Mountain — which is set to close on May 31. However, right when it was their turn to board, Disney was forced to shut down the attraction. From what Tracy saw and heard, a rowdy group of teens had taken off their shirts and jumped in the water. They were screaming and goofing off. When Disney security tried to intervene, the teens began to curse at them. In the end, Splash Mountain ended up being closed for almost 4 hours.

You can see Tracy’s story below:

These a**holes took of their shirts n got in the water on Splash Mountain. The wait time was 80 minutes, we were up next when they had to shut the entire ride down for hour minimum! They were laughing n cussing at CM’s n security. Now I’m on Haunted Mansion and we are being walked off since they are powering it down FML

Many people were as angry as Tracy about the teenagers ruining the experience for everyone else. Others noticed that one of the teens was wearing a “First Visit” button. Because of their actions, the teen’s first visit is most likely to be his last one. Guests are prohibited from creating unsafe environments for other Guests, as well as Disneyland Resort Cast Members.

Disneyland officials can decide how long they want to ban the teens. However, we have seen that similar actions have resulted in lifetime bans from any and all Disney theme parks.
