We are absolutely loving all of the new details popping up around Walt Disney World for the resort’s 50th anniversary celebration, and the most recent update is just perfect for the first day of fall! The classic Mickey pumpkin wreaths have been a staple of the fall season in the Magic Kingdom for some time, and this week in honor of The Most Magical Celebration on Earth, some of the wreaths have been adorned with Cinderella’s coach pumpkins!
These brand new pumpkin wreath designs offer a unique spin on a classic fall favorite, and they will be adorning street polls all along Main Street U.S.A. for the remainder of the fall season.
Intricately made, each pumpkin features golden details to create the appearance of Cinderella’s coach. They blend beautifully with the golden and autumnal colored leaves that make up the rest of the week and are sure to add some seasonal flair to the atmosphere of the Magic Kingdom for Guests visiting this fall.
Also in the Magic Kingdom for the 50th anniversary, keep your eyes peeled for some of the resort’s Fab 50 character statues! In this park, you’ll find Mickey and Minnie among plenty of other classic characters, with those two being dedicated to the Cast Members who have worked hard to make this celebration a reality.
The 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World is also bringing with it new merchandise available in the parks with some pieces making their way onto shopDisney, plus displays for the Vault Collection of merchandise featuring historical anecdotes and artifacts straight from the Walt Disney Archives.
New fireworks shows will also be debuting in the Magic and EPCOT, with special dining packages and dessert parties to help you make the most of evenings in the parks.
We’re so excited to see more details coming together for The Most Magical Celebration on Earth, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon!
