This incredibly talented and skilled group of professionals works tirelessly to bring new fantasies and dreams to life, which allows us Disney fans to enjoy our favorite attractions, rides, and characters in real-time. Disney Imagineers are responsible for the wonderful Disney experience that fans flock to any Disney Theme Park for.

Now, we have yet another announcement to be excited about.
Per the latest reports, one beloved character will be coming to the Disney Parks in a way Disney fans could never have imagined. Journalist Scott Gustin took to Twitter to share that Disneyland Resort is conducting secret “play tests” of an animatronic Baby Groot, with select Disney Park Guests invited to a short presentation.
The animatronic features technology from Walt Disney Imagineering Research & Development that we’ve seen before: it was revealed as “Project Kiwi” in 2021.

Gustin also further added that “Guests chosen for the short presentation are “invited to jam out with Groot as part of a special Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Dance Off.”
Fans were incredibly excited about the announcement, with one asking, “Where do I need to loiter in order to make this happen?”
Another agreed, adding, “No because how do I get selected?”
