One of Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ most iconic rides faced a temporary closure when it opened this morning ahead of its upcoming refurbishment.
The Walt Disney World Resort is the ultimate Disney vacation spot. Any Disney Fanatic can attest to this fact. From the Magic Kingdom to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and everything in between, fans and Guests have myriad entertainment offerings to choose from to make the most of their Disney experience.

Many iconic and classic rides make the Disney magic what it is. From the Haunted Mansion in Magic Kingdom Park to Space Mountain, Spaceship Earth, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT, any Disney fan can find their ride of choice at any Disney Park in the Walt Disney World Resort.
However, earlier today, one Disney ride was shut down with no indication given as to why or when it would reopen. The Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith at Disney’s Hollywood Studios was closed just a few weeks before its refurbishment. It certainly left many Disney Fanatics wondering about the cause for this closure and whether this played in at all to the upcoming refurbishment.

As fans can see in the photo above, the ride is now back up and running with a 45-minute wait time to corroborate its popularity as well! This was the second ride today to undergo a sudden closure, with the first being a classic dark ride from the Disney Parks that fans go wild for.

While it appears all is well now with the ride, it goes without saying we now have our ears perked up about what awaits the future of this ride post its closure coming up.
