If there is one thing that can be said for Disney theme parks, it is that they are all very beautiful and clean. Disney Cast Members work very hard to keep things looking nice for the thousands of people who visit every day. From picking up trash and spilled food to trimming the hedges and planting fresh flowers, there’s no detail that the Cast Members overlook. Each night, after Guests leave the Park, Cast Members come in and make sure things look sparkling for the next morning when more Guests arrive.
That’s why it’s so disappointing when Guests don’t respect the hard work Disney Cast Members put in.
Many areas of the Disney Parks are available for Guests to experience and enjoy. There are also certain areas that are clearly off-limits. Typically, there will be gates or fences or something to indicate that Guests are not to venture into that area. However, some Guests visiting Disneyland Paris Resort recently decided that the theme park’s rules didn’t apply to them. They also felt that the beautiful area that was off-limits was a fine area to trample over.

As you can see in the video — which was shared by DLP_Pass_ Infinity_Tours on TikTok — a young boy climbs into a floral area designed to look like the face of the Cheshire Cat. As several adults look on, the young boy slides down part of the Disneyland Park display.
Many commenters were shocked by the young boy’s behavior. They were also disturbed by the fact that the adults with him weren’t doing anything. Some thought that maybe the adults weren’t the child’s parents. In that case, things were worse, since the young boy was acting in a completely reckless manner, and his parents are nowhere to be found.
Disneyland Paris strictly prohibits Guests from entering restricted areas. Any Guest engaging in behavior that puts themselves, other Guests, or Cast Members at risk may be asked to leave the theme Parks. Disneyland Paris also requires all Guests under 12 to be under parental supervision at all times. It is unknown how old the young boy is, but someone should have stopped him from doing what he did.
At this time, we don’t know if a Cast Member spotted the young boy and stopped him from destroying the Disney Park flowers. We also don’t know if his party was asked to leave the theme park because of their actions. It should go without saying, but, if you visit a Disney theme park, please follow all rules while on property. Do not go into restricted areas and respect the hard-working Cast Members. Disney reserves the right to remove Guests from the Parks and ban them from returning should they break the rules.
