Reporting news of a more somber nature, a Disney employee was recently arrested for 32 counts of child pornography per the latest reports.

While the Walt Disney World parks are undoubtedly places of magic and wonder, there are times when there is news of a less-than-savory nature to report relating to events that happen at these locations. Sometimes, it’s ride malfunctions and accidents; other times, it’s fights between guests and cast members.

Today, our news has to do with a Disney employee who has been arrested on account of child pornography charges.

Michael Foster Arrested 

As reported by Fox 13 Tampa Bay, Michael David Foster, a man who worked as a corrections officer and currently works as a mechanic at Disney, has been accused and arrested for possession of child pornography.

As the outlet reported, “According to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office, detectives investigating a possible child porn possession case at a Brooksville home seized a flash drive and a book bag belonging to Michael David Foster.”

The flash drive reportedly had 32 images of child pornography on it.

According to deputies from the sheriff’s office, Foster admitted to owning the flash drive. While no additional charges have been levied at the moment, they are, in fact, possible, “pending digital forensic analysis of all devices seized from Foster’s residence.”

This is, unfortunately, not the first time a Disney World employee or Disney employees in general have been embroiled in this kind of scandal. We have reported previously on news from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office with similar reports.
