Disney Park Offers Surprising ‘Wanda’ Cocktail

One of many Disney Fanatics’ favorite things about a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort vacation is the food and beverages that the trip usually entails. Disney is known for delicious dining options (even if some of them are shockingly expensive), and as it turns out, Disney’s novel and innovative approach to new recipes and dishes extends to its properties abroad, too.

Case in point: the new Wanda Maximoff and Scarlet Witch cocktail that is being offered in Disneyland Paris Resort!

Wanda Maximoff is the Avenger-turned-villain in the newly-released Marvel movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Elizabeth Olsen pulled no punches — literally — in her role as the conflicted mother and witch in this Marvel film, with the end result being more of a horror movie than a superhero movie.

Apparently, even though Wanda and her Scarlet Witch persona upset audiences and left viewers unnerved, Disneyland Paris Resort has decided to represent the Marvel character in a new Skyline Bar cocktail called the “Dreamwalker” (which is of course a reference to the Scarlet Witch’s ability to dreamwalk and possess other versions of herself in the Multiverse).

This cocktail was shared in the Tweet below; take a look and see if it appeals to you! This cocktail is a mix of “Bramble Bombay Gin, blackberry cream, raspberry & blueberry purees, egg white and Bitter Angostura”.  It costs €16 at Disneyland Paris Resort, and as stated earlier, can be found in the Skyline Bar.

The decorative M for Maximoff makes sense, especially since the Scarlet Witch channels that ‘M’ theme a lot in her superhero and supervillain costume (especially in her wimple, which is also known as her headpiece or crown).

Egg whites might not be everyone’s favorite alcoholic beverage ingredient, but the blackberry cream and the berry purees certainly sound delicious — plus, for some reason, berries seem like they fit well into the Scarlet Witch’s bloody, intense aesthetic!

Does this cocktail sound appealing to you, or will you give the Parisian Resort’s unique new Marvel drink a skip and opt for a Disney World vacation and La Cava del Tequila margaritas instead?
