Tuesday’s election of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States over Vice President Kamala Harris has incited a wave of concerns among fans regarding the potential impacts on Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. Many fans worry about the implications his leadership might bear on inclusivity and the culture of the Disney Parks. Historically, Disney has been a place that celebrates diversity and acceptance, but the climate during Trump’s previous presidency has left some fans anxious.

One particular concern among fans has been the fear of reduced inclusivity. TikTok user @junkftheheart jokingly suggested that Disneyland Resort might only allow white people into the parks, writing, “Us at Disneyland before it’s only white people allowed.”

Other Disney Parks fans played along.

“I never considered that this may be a possibility… NOOOOOOOOO,” one commenter wrote.

“Do not play like this cause i just got my kid a magic key 30 mins ago so we can go often,” said another.

This joking sentiment illustrates the anxiety surrounding the potential cultural shifts that may come with Trump’s administration, echoing fears prevalent during his previous term. The image of a divided audience within the enchanted worlds of Disney prompts discussions that delve beyond the parks’ attractions and experiences.

The sentiment among fans is divided; some seem to believe that the previous years were relatively unremarkable, while others are wary of negative changes that could emerge. The feelings of nostalgia and apprehension create a complex tapestry of experiences at the parks, which fans now contemplate in the face of a new Trump administration.

One Disney Park change is almost inevitable. The Hall of Presidents at Walt Disney World Resort will likely see the return of the Trump animatronic, replacing Joe Biden. This change, while routine, symbolizes the evolving political landscape and leaves room for speculation regarding how Trump’s second term may reshape the Disney experience.

  1. I just hope they stop letting Idiots like these two in! And if you believe this… feel free to stay home too.

  2. Oh please! Stop being ridiculous people! President Elect Trump is NOT the tyrant people are making him out to be. It is the current regime who says you can’t say this or you can’t feel that way.

  3. Anyone who thinks they will only let white people is nuts!!! Nothing will change at Disney. Grow up people and stop being ignorant!!!
