A guest who comes from a difficult family background explained how they would never likely make it to Disneyland.
All Disney fans are well aware of how difficult it’s become for some families to afford a Disney vacation. The prices of Disney Park vacations are notoriously high and many have expressed time and again how challenging it is to afford one and be able to take one’s family.

Fan Laments Not Being Able to Have a Disney Vacation
The Disney fan wrote in a post online: “31 and never been. Grew up in an abusive family and never got the chance to go as a kid. Now I’m older and just can’t afford to go. I go to Disneyland through YouTube videos and other social medias. Want to take my wife and kid one day. Just seems impossible at this point. Bummed.”
The fan even wrote they were “Dying to go.”

Fans online sympathized with the expensive reality of Disney and gave the OP tips on how to be able to afford a trip to the Disneyland Resort.
One wrote, “Yeah, that expense certainly is out of reach for a lot of people. But it is what it is. Consider going during the off season, during the middle of the week, and staying off site. That will save you some dollars.”
Another agreed, “My best advice for people on a budget is if you can go on Wednesday. And if you have AAA. They give great discounts for 3 day passes during the winter and summer.”

Many fans have expressed recently how pricey going to Disney has become. From needing to pay more and more for Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane to the simple costs of Disneyland ticket prices and hotels increasing, there’s a lot that has made a vacation out of reach for many.
