
The Walt Disney Company is an organization many associate with family values. As such, the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort appeal to many families. This includes a Disneyland visit from the family of convicted drug kingpin known as El Chapo.

El Chapo’s Family
El Chapo’s real name is Joaquín Guzmán. He was once the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. He has been arrested multiple times, escaped a few times, and is currently imprisoned at ADX Florence in Colorado.

Recently, his ex-wife and twin daughters enjoyed a day visiting Disneyland. The 34-year old former wife of El Chapo shared photos on Instagram of the family trip.

Images shared on social media of the family include a visit with Mickey Mouse and her daughters donning Minnie Mouse ears and matching Disneyland jackets.

Coronel made sure to keep images of her daughters blocked on social media with stickers over the girls’ faces.
El Chapo and Disneyland
The former cartel kingpin has had previous connection to the Disneyland area. Back in 2016, the FBI found $2.3 million in cash near the Disneyland Resort that was leaked back to El Chapo.
The home’s location was less than one block from The Happiest Place on Earth. The money had allegedly come from a money laundering and drug-trafficking group connected to El Chapo.
