Sometimes it is better never to see the magic behind some of your favorite Disney rides. The spectacle of the moment is engaging in the experience for what it is and not how it looks. Disney Imagineers are masters of their craft, but that doesn’t mean their designs cannot look absolutely ridiculous when viewed from a different lens. Fans have recently come across a layout image of a popular Disney attraction, and the internet has some thoughts about it. Keep reading to take a look at the image and hear the hilarious comments.
Now That’s an Interesting Track Layout
Walt Disney World Resort is home to many iconic attractions. The Florida location hosts four different theme parks, each with its own claim to fame. Knowing how these rides function can be interesting, but sometimes it can look downright crazy.
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith at Hollywood Studios launches Guests into a fast-paced rush as they try to make it to an Aerosmith concert venue during high traffic. It is one of the most popular attractions at Walt Disney World because it is an intense experience.
Fans on Reddit have recently been roasting an image of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster’s layout to hilarious effect. While the ride itself might be thrilling, the image of the track looks absolutely ridiculous.

The internet can’t help but comment on the image, making some amusing comments such as:
It kind of looks like someone started drawing a design for a rollercoaster and just decided to scribble instead.
Others finally realized why it was such a hassle getting to the venue in time:
No wonder they were late for their concert – that road design is a nightmare
Fans also couldn’t help but take a jab at Disney World’s newest attraction, Tron Lightcycle/Run. “Wish Tron was as long as this,” says one commenter.

Another user was quick to point out that the two roller coasters are actually pretty similar in length, explaining:
Rock N Roller Coaster is just under 100 feet longer than Tron (~3%). And from launch to final brakes it’s about 10 seconds longer. So your average speed is higher on Tron since they’re about the same track length. The thing with Tron is it seems shorter because so much of the track is the launch and outdoor section. It’s a long drawn out stretch that lets you feel the speed, whereas RNRC launches straight into the sea serpent invasion and right into the “twisty turny” part of the ride (for lack of a better term). RNRC burns off its speed with that inversion faster than Tron burns off its speed so the ride is about 10 seconds longer, which is significant but really not that much different.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster’s Future
Rumors have been going around lately that Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster might be getting a new band as a potential replacement for Aerosmith. This is still just a rumor, however.
For now, fans can continue to enjoy the thrill of the ride and also laugh when they realize what the layout of this Disney attraction looks like from a technical point of view. Now this has us wondering what other rides look like, such as Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, or Expedition Everest!
