Jurassic World Rebirth (2025) is fast approaching. The highly anticipated seventh installment in the iconic film series is set to mark the beginning of “a new Jurassic era,” but it isn’t the only new addition to the franchise you should be excited about. In fact, one upcoming experience will be far more immersive–and realistic–than the upcoming film.
It has been revealed that Jurassic World: The Experience is heading to London this May. Not to be confused with the area of the same name in Singapore, which also opens its gates next month, the London attraction is a somewhat loose rebranding of Jurassic World: The Exhibition previously held at London ExCel and Manchester Trafford Center.

Jurassic World: The Experience is a highly-detailed, walk-through exhibition populated with state-of-the-art animatronic dinosaurs (as seen in the Jurassic films), where guests can “walk across the iconic Jurassic gates,” “explore the land of gentle giants,” meet “adorable baby dinosaurs,” and “come face to face with life-size predators.”
“An exciting adventure awaits” the description on the official site says. “Step through the iconic Jurassic World gates and begin an unforgettable journey across 10 immersive zones that brings to life one of the biggest blockbuster franchises in cinema history.”

Inspired by 2015’s blockbuster Jurassic World, the experience immerses guests into the titular dinosaur-filled theme park resort located on the fictitious Costa Rican island Isla Nublar. The description also promises a “ferry” ride to the island, and walk-throughs where guests can marvel not only at dinosaurs but the Gyrosphere vehicles from the film:
“Board the ferry to Isla Nublar and pass through the towering gates of Jurassic World. Walk beneath the shadow of a majestic Brachiosaurus, come face to face with fierce Velociraptors, venture into the Valley of the Gyrospheres, take a selfie with a baby dinosaur, then brace yourself for the ultimate heart-pounding moment: a close encounter with the most legendary predator of them all… the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex.”
This news comes just one week after the major announcement that the UK is getting its own Universal Studios theme park resort.
Universal Studios Great Britain
After years of speculation, Universal Destinations and Experiences recently confirmed its plans to build a major theme park in Bedford, England in the UK.
Set to open its gates in 2031, Universal Studios Great Britain will host several all-new attractions and themed lands, which, according to sources, are expected to include home-grown franchises such as James Bond, Lord of the Rings, and Paddington Bear, as well as Back to the Future, Minions, and even Jurassic Park/World.
Sadly, we’ve a while yet before the resort opens. Jurassic World: The Experience, on the other hand, opens its gates on May 23 at NEON at Battersea Power Station, and Jurassic World: The Experience Singapore opens on May 29 at Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay.
Even More Jurassic Park/World Coming Up
Meanwhile, guests can also enjoy the Jurassic attractions at all six Universal Studios resorts worldwide, home to rides such as Jurassic Park: The Ride, Jurassic World: The Ride, and VelociCoaster, as well as several Jurassic-themed outlets and eateries.
On the screen, where the franchise first started, fans can look forward to the upcoming sequel, Rebirth, which stars Scarlett Johansson in the lead role. There are also several other Jurassic installments currently in development, including the video games “Jurassic World Evolution 3” and “Jurassic Park: Survival.”
