The Disney vs. DeSantis feud has continued for so long now that many are ready to see this be done and dusted. Many outlets have commented on the length of this dispute, with some even mocking the situation. Yet others have criticized Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for his handling of the situation, with some going so far as to call the governor “not a conservative.” Others have felt so disconcerted by this move that the Sunshine State Governor has even lost donors due to his actions.

However, while this has been going on, some other politicians have expressed support for the Walt Disney Company in this feud. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton shared a throwback of her, Bill Clinton, and Chelsea Clinton in Donald Duck hats, and they are all posing with the beloved Disney character.
Clinton shared the photo on Twitter with the caption, “As Republicans declare war on Disney, I know whose side I’m on…”

However, Clinton received a lot of backlash for her photo, with some bringing up her alleged connection to the Jeffrey Epstein case and yet others calling out her support of corporate structures.
Despite this, the kind of sentiments Clinton expressed recall the opinion of many critics of the feud. Even Disney CEO Bob Iger called Governor DeSantis “anti-Florida” and “anti-business” for his actions.

Since then, the two sides have been in a constant fight, with both making strategic moves to gain the upper hand. It appeared that Disney had recently won the battle by using a clever tactic involving the British Royal family. However, Governor DeSantis was not pleased with this move and threatened the Walt Disney Company and the Walt Disney World Resort with multiple possible repercussions.
