Disney Animal Kingdom’s Savor the Savanna is a unique experience that lets Guests try a variety of African-inspired eats pared with beer and wine all while sampling them on the Harambe Wildlife Reserve. During the event, a private guide will share information about the unique animals that live on the reserve, and the ways that Disney cares for the animals at the park. Savor the Savanna also includes a commemorative keepsake for Guests to take home that is only available during this special experience at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Booking will be available for Savor the Savanna later this month, and the cost per person is $174. Guests participating in this experience must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the event (non-alcoholic beverages will be provided to Guests under 21 years of age). Before booking, be sure you will have valid theme park admission to Disney’s Animal Kingdom as well as a park reservation on the day of your visit as both will be required to enter the park.

For more ways to get closer to the park’s animals, consider booking the Wild Africa Trek, which takes Guests through the adventurous side of the Harambe Wildlife Reserve, or book Caring for Giants for a closer look at the park’s elephants, or Up Close with Rhinos to learn more about this species and conservation efforts to help them in the wild.
