Southwest Airlines has an exciting offer that lets a Disney Fan travel to the Disney Parks and take a friend for free.

Going to the Disney Parks is a dream vacation for many. Getting a chance to live that magical Disney experience is one fans even save for years for. Now, Southwest Airlines has an incredible offer that could allow Guests to visit the Disney Parks — be that Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort — and take a friend along for free.

Southwest’s Promotional Companion Pass allows Guests to take their favorite plus one with them whenever they fly. Per the Southwest website,

A Promotional Companion Pass earned through this offer is valid from January 4 to March 4, 2023. Promotional Companion Pass allows you to designate one person to fly with you, free of airline charges (does not include taxes and fees from $5.60 one-way), on flights purchased and flown from January 4 to March 4, 2023.

How do you register?

Registering for the Promotional Companion Pass is simple enough! According to the instructions on the website:

Register and purchase a round trip or two one-way flights by 9/8/2022.

Travel by 11/17/2022.

Companion flies free* with you 1/4/2023 – 3/4/2023.

Southwest airline offers travel to multiple domestic destinations, including Orlando’s MCO and Los Angeles’s LAX, i.e., you can travel to any of the Disney Parks in the US between January 4, 2023, and March 4, 2023, and take a friend with you for free!

Note that the offer is not valid on flights purchased with Rapid Rewards points. Note that the offer is not valid on flights purchased with Rapid Rewards points and that your Rapid Rewards account number must be entered at the time of booking the qualifying flight. 

What happens after you meet the requirements to earn a Promotional Companion Pass?

Once you have registered, booked your flight, and flown one round trip or two one-way qualifying flights during the promotion period, you will receive an email from Southwest that includes information on the next steps!

The email will help you designate and utilize the Promotional Companion Pass. Per Southwest, they intend to have this email to all qualifying Guests within ten days of completing the second flight.
