Change is in the air! We are wrapping up the summer fun at Walt Disney World Resort. Disney’s fall festivities are beginning to arrive – and we’re all for it! Take note, however, as changes are coming for a popular Magic Kingdom Park stage show.
One of the very best ways to experience the Disney magic is by watching the Disney Park entertainment unfold. From the popular Magic Kingdom parade, Festival of Fantasy Parade, to the gorgeous nighttime spectacular called “Disney Enchantment,” Magic Kingdom is bursting with memorable Disney experiences.

One of our very favorite stage shows at Magic Kingdom is “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire,” which takes place on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle. As Disney prepares for a shift in fall activities, it looks like a time change is on the way for the beloved performance.
Currently, Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire is offered five times daily with hours spread throughout the day, with, for example, 12:50 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:35 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. showtimes.
Beginning Friday, August 12, 2022, the Disney website shows showtimes are being pushed up in the day, including 10:10 a.m., 11:25 a.m., 12:50 p.m., 2:05 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. No evening showtimes are scheduled.
Why the change? August 12, 2022, kicks off the spooktacular special-ticketed event called Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The party kicks off at 7:00 pm on select nights between August 12 and October 31, 2022. Party Guests, however, are welcome to begin arriving at 4:00 pm.

With the Magic Kingdom Halloween Party’s arrival, it makes sense to bump up the showtimes for Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire, as Cast Members will be shifting to prepare for the evening party crowd.
If you haven’t seen Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire before, be sure to put it on your must-do list! Disney describes the stage show as, “Mickey’s A Faire to Remember:”
“It takes a whole enchanted kingdom to put on this show—and you’re cordially invited. Look for Tiana and friends from The Princess and the Frog and Rapunzel and Flynn from Tangled. Mickey even recruits Olaf, Anna and Elsa from Frozen to join in!”
“Watch as classic and contemporary Disney Characters interact in a magical, musical extravaganza featuring lively dancing, dazzling effects and music from the films. Don’t miss the all-new finale featuring Mickey Mouse and his friends in their sparkling, EARidescent fashions!”
