“I admit that in the past I’ve been a nasty. They weren’t kidding when they called me, well, a witch. But you’ll find that nowadays I’ve mended all my ways. Repented, seen the light, and made a switch.”
It’s been 35 years since Disney fans were introduced to a little mermaid who dreamed about becoming a part of the human world. While Ariel is one of Disney’s most popular princesses, The Little Mermaid also brought us one of its most popular villains. Ursula the Sea Witch was voiced by the late Pat Carroll, and fans quickly fell in love with her devious ways.

Ursula has only become more popular as the years have gone on. That is even more true after the summer release of Disney’s live-action remake of The Little Mermaid. In the new movie, Ursula was portrayed by comedic superstar, Melissa McCarthy.
Now, Disney is honoring her in a whole new way. On October 18, Disney released a limited-time tiki mug themed after the iconic sea witch.

The mug is inspired by Ursula’s cauldron, and even comes with a crystal ball glow cube in the middle! As Little Mermaid fans know, the crystal ball allowed Ursula to keep an eye on — and sabotage — Ariel as she tried to make Prince Eric fall in love with her.
This limited-edition Ursula will be available via mobile order at the Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Resort. Guests can mobile order the mug beginning at 6 a.m. on October 18.

Guests who are ordering the Ursula Tiki Mug will have to choose a pickup time between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. The only person who will be able to pick up the mobile order will be the person whose name is on the Disney account. Guests also must be 21 or older to purchase the mug, which will cost $75.
There will be a limit of two mugs per person. To pick up their Ursula Tiki Mug, guests can use the self-parking options at Disneyland Resort. They will receive 25 minutes of complimentary parking, so they can head into the Disneyland Hotel and get their mug.
This is not the first time that Disney has released limited-time tiki mugs. In the past, they have also released tiki mugs inspired by the Haunted Mansion’s Hatbox Ghost and José from Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room. They have also sold mugs featuring Monstro the whale from Disney’s Pinocchio.
If the Ursula Tiki Mug is as popular as Tiki Mugs in the past, then there is a large chance that the mug will soon show up on sites like eBay. Resellers and scalpers love getting their hands on limited-time merchandise like the Disneyland Tiki Mugs because they can try to sell them for double or triple the price. However, Disney does seem to be keeping an eye on scalpers and will ban them from the parks if they have violated Disney’s purchasing rules.
