Disney babies who grew up with iconic animated films like Toy Story (1995), Monsters, Inc. (2001), and Finding Nemo (2003) are raising the next generation of Pixar fans. Thanks to sequels keeping the memorable Pixar stories alive, there’s always a demand for more Pixar in Disney Parks.

With beloved Disney characters like Woody and Buzz fresh in the minds of Disney fans, it takes a delicate balance of classic Disney and new originals to engage kids and parents alike. With the success of Toy Story Land in Walt Disney World, other Disney Parks are taking a page out of the Pixar book and dreaming up new immersive additions.

A Sensory Pixar Experience

One Park is picking up the Pixar playbook in a significant way. As part of the Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary celebration, a limited-time show is moving into the Park on July 15. The immersive experience called “Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure” debuts at the Studio Theater stage and will run daily through September 30. Check out the trailer here:

Converging the most famous Pixar worlds of Toy StoryCocoUp, Monsters, Inc., and Finding Nemo, “Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure” blends creative lighting, floor-to-ceiling LED screens, mobile decorations, contemporary choreography, a live orchestra, and Disney’s favorite animated characters to tell a heartwarming story.

During the show at Disneyland Park, Guests will join a young child named Charlie in a dream sequence about conducting their school’s end-of-year gala. When Charlie’s sheet music is lost right before the big dream performance, 30 Pixar characters and artists rally to make their Disney dream a reality.

Starring an epic cast featuring Woody, Bo Peep, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bullseye, Green Army Men, Carl Fredrickson, Russell, Sully, Mike Wazowski, Nemo, Marlin, Dory, and Miguel,  “Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure” features the most extraordinary Pixar assembly Disney has ever seen.

 An Orignal Song Comes Together

The Pixar show would be incomplete without the classic song that made Disney fans fall in love with the movies, but “Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure” introduces new music masterfully. With an interactive orchestra composed of eight musicians playing an instrumental role in the show, Guests can look forward to a heartfelt soundtrack accompanying the performance. Recorded with 54 artists at the Nashville Studios, the soundtrack promises to be a centerpiece of the show.

Thanks to DLP Report (@DLPReport on Twitter), Guests can get a first look (and listen) to the theme song for “Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure” called “Together We Are One:”

With less than a month until the new Pixar performance premiere, the Buzz about the show is growing. The more news that comes out, the better it sounds—and we can only wait and see if it becomes a permanent fixture at Disneyland Paris.
