The Instagram account Disney Princess Style has been promoting some of the newest and most popular Disney Mulan merchandise in honor of the holiday, and we’ve got the details about the Disney Mulan makeup collection that made the list!
The most buzzworthy merchandise that honors Mulan and was released recently is the Disney Mulan makeup collection by Revolution Beauty. A Mulan eyeshadow palette, Mulan setting powder, and Mulan lip gloss was released in January as part of the I Heart Revolution X Disney Fairytale collection.
While the eyeshadow palette might feature more rich jewel tones than the limited edition Encanto makeup collection from Alamar Cosmetics, it definitely features colors that match the aesthetic of Mulan’s original Disney film! Each bold matte or pigmented shimmery eyeshadow also has a clever Mulan-inspired name such as “Mushu”, “Guardians”, “Ancestors”, “Flowers”, “Shan Yu”, “Khan”, and “Imperial Army”.
The I Heart Revolution X Disney Fairytale Mulan setting powder is a “dragon-embossed universal translucent setting powder” that makes skin look softer and more poreless, while also helping makeup stay in place just like a setting spray does. The powder formula is more reminiscent of a classic Disney princess’s style than a setting spray would be, and the packaging is definitely a great way to show off your love of Mulan!
The lip gloss, or “lip topper”, includes “pearlescent peach sparkle” that’s just subtle enough to suit a warrior princess saving China.
